How do I order?
Go to the “Place an Order” tab and select from menu tabs – Busy Singles & Couples, Week Night Family Menu, Menu for the Kids, Weekend Chef Packages and Executive Lunch Boxes. Make your menu selections, from the dropdown box. These items will appear in the shopping cart with the cost of your package. Go to the shopping cart to check out, verify your selections, and choose your payment method. You can print the detailed invoice for your records; however we will include one with your order also.
When will my order be delivered?
We pride ourselves on using the freshest ingredients in our meals and want your menu choices to be delivered to you fresh and in packaging that is easy to reheat. To achieve this we deliver part of your order on Tuesday evening and the remaining items on Thursday evening. We strive to deliver items no later than 6:00 pm on these days; however, there are occasions when we are unable to do this. In this event we will contact you to let you know that your delivery may be delayed.
All menu items are prepared in our commercial kitchen and we ensure that your food is properly temperature controlled throughout the preparation process, storage, and delivery. Your meals will be delivered in either coolers or insulated bags with appropriate cooling to ensure the temperature is kept at the desired levels.
Do I need to be home to receive my order?
No – we can deliver to your office or we can place the meals in your refrigerator or in a cooler with adequate refrigeration. It is essential that the food stays at temperatures between 35-40 degrees so we request that you let us know if you wish us to leave your food in a cooler at your home. If you wish us to deliver the food to your refrigerator please make arrangements for us to have access to your home. We are bonded and take this responsibility very seriously. The trust of our customers is extremely important to us.

How long will meals stay fresh in my refrigerator?
Meals that are refrigerated at 35 -40 degrees will remain fresh for several days. We deliver twice per week to ensure that your food is fresh. Food is delivered in containers that allow you to take leftovers for lunch the next day or freeze for future enjoyment.
How do I heat my meals?
We provide microwave heating instructions on our labels. If you prefer to heat items in the oven it should first be preheated to 350 degrees and cooking time will vary between 10 – 30 minutes, depending on the food item. If this is your preference, please let us know and we will give you specific instructions for heating in your oven.
How do I let you know if I have special dietary needs?
Ordering online is an effective and efficient way to make your food selections; however, there are times when you may want to talk directly to our Chef. His number is available online and he will call you back if you have to leave a message. We will attempt to meet your specific dietary requests; however, there are times when this is not possible. FOOD ALLERGY WARNING: OUR FOOD MAY CONTAIN PEANUT, DAIRY, EGG OR SHELLFISH PRODUCTS. PLEASE ASK THE CHEF IF YOU HAVE ANY CONCERNS.
Can I request a “Custom Order” or substitution?
We are able to make some substitutions for dietary needs or food allergies; however, the substituted items must be on the current weekly menu.
How spicy will my food be?
We try to describe the menu items in detail so that you can determine how spicy an item may be. Food is spiced to enhance the natural flavors of the ingredients and in some ethnic food choices this may mean that the food is too spicy for your taste. We strive to prepare ethnic menu items so that they are authentic to the associated region.
