Our Policies and Procedures
Payment is due when you place your order. We accept Visa, American Express, Mastercard, and Discover as well as cash or check on delivery.
Orders are accepted until Saturday of each week. We cannot guarantee that your order can be filled if you do not make your selections by Saturday at 5 pm.
To ensure freshness, menu items are delivered on Tuesday and Thursday of each week. If you want your order left outside your house, please let us know when you place your order so that we can arrange adequate cooling for the food. Food must be kept between 35 and 41 degrees to avoid spoilage.
Our food may contain peanut, dairy, egg, or shellfish products. If you have any concerns about menu items you should speak directly to the Chef.
